Wednesday, July 21 - 2:00 p.m. - Mister Jim Concert - James "Mr. Jim" Schattauer, an award-winning songwriter and performer will present an outdoor concert at the library (weather permittiing). You may bring blankets or lawn chairs if you wish. In case of rain, the program will be held at Mountain Lake Public School elementary gym. In addition to the concert, there will be arts and crafts activities. All ages are welcome! This project is funded in part or in whole with money from Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage fund.
Tuesday, July 27 - Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum - This free bus tour is sponsored by the Plum Creek Library System and its member libraries and bookmobile in partnership with the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum in Walnut Grove. Further details and registration information are available at the library. All minors (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult. Registration deadline is July 13th.
